About Me
Chris joined Providence in 2000 and became a Principal of the firm in 2006. Chris focuses his practice on sales acquisitions and dispositions, tenant representation, and project leasing. Before joining Providence, Chris spent 11 years with Continental General Tire as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager. He is involved in the community and is an active member of his Rotary Club. He has served on the City of Charlotte’s Brownfield Site Selection Committee and the boards of the McColl School of Business Alumni Association, Friends of Fourth Ward and FreeMoreWest Partners. Chris has a mechanical engineering degree from Duke University, an MBA from the McColl School of Business, and a Masters in Urban Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Chris is licensed in North and South Carolina, is a member of the Charlotte Region of Commercial Board Of Realtors, and has his CCIM designation.
