Clay Durkin

About Me

Clay joined Providence in 2008. He focuses his practice on sales acquisitions & dispositions, project leasing and tenant representation. Clay came to Providence by way of the architectural industry, where his experiences working on area mixed-use development projects first sparked his interest in commercial real estate brokerage. In 1992, Clay received a B.A. in Economics from Guilford College in Greensboro and then earned a degree in Advertising and Graphic Design while working in Charlotte. A native of Philadelphia, Clay has resided in Charlotte for over twenty five years and in his spare time he’s either out in his backyard art studio working on vintage-signage projects, exercising or relaxing with his wife and daughter at Lake Lure. (Current member of the Charlotte Region of Commercial Board Of Realtors- CRCBR.)
